Our Project History
Emmanuel College
The expansion of Emmanuel College in Altona included the removal of 22 x existing air conditioning systems and supply and installation of 6 x Samsung heat pump systems; comprising of 12 x outdoor units and 48 x indoor units. Supply and installation of exhaust system for amenities areas.

Marian College
This project involved the construction of a new 2 story learning facility for Minx Architects, comprising of 4 x science labs, 2 x VCAL training rooms, and multiple breakout areas. Our work on the development included the removal and termination of all existing mechanical services, providing new copper gas pipework and associated valves and reticulation. Supply and installation of 3 x Fujitsu Cassette standalone systems and 1 x VRF system running 9 x high wall mounted indoor units. The system includes a central controller with BMS adaption.

ALDI Stores Bell Park, Drysdale & Newcomb
We are experienced in working in a live environment and ensuring client operations have minimal interruption. Working on these stores, we installed multiple Daikin VRV cassette systems, which also included CO2 monitoring with spill air and BACNET interface.

Benetas Aged Care
This 2-stage refurbishment in Altona Meadows consisted of; 12 x Mitsubishi heat pump systems with 64 x 2.5kW indoor units servicing the bedrooms & 15 x stand alone split systems to service common areas. We also completed the removal and replacement of hydronic heating panels in 64 x ensuites.
Also included was the removal and relocating of kitchen range hoods and replacing laundry exhaust systems, including supply and install of new ductwork and flashing.

Geelong Grammar
This project involved Converting the Chaplains residence into staff office building accommodation.
We provided the mechanical services in the supply and installation of a Mitsubishi heat recovery VRF system to building. This comprised of:
- Multi head reverse cycle systems consisting of wall-mounted splits and condensing units
- Ducted Exhaust system
- Shop drawings
- Door grills

Lon Retreat & Spa
Supply and installation of hydronic heating system consisting of 28 x Korado Klasik radiators in various sizes, 4 x Koralux towel warmers, running off a Radiant RK100 condensing boiler. Supply and installation of Samsung DVM heat recovery system with 15 high wall hung and 3 x bulkhead units. This system included a touch screen master controller and computer interface. Supply and installation of 2 x tank-in-tank heat exchangers and control systems to service mineral springs hot water baths.

Ocean Mist Aged Care
This project was to deliver the Mechanical Services for a 120 bed aged care facility in Bellbrae. We provided high quality products and installation to provide exceptional quality living for residents. This involved supply and installation of 5 x Mitsubishi VRF heat recovery systems which included ducted, wall hung and & cassettes. This system also involved a central controller with BACNET.
The mechanical services also comprised of a hydronic heating system, running 235 Korado Radik classic radiator panels with thermostatic heads in each residential room and in staff and common areas. The system is run by a Bosche cascading boiler system, containing Grundfos pumps.
